Bio

Cassandra serves as a QMS Coordinator, supporting the development and implementation of the firm’s Quality Management System. With a background in architecture from the University of Guadalajara, she brings both industry understanding and a strong process-oriented approach to quality.

She began her career as a Quality Analyst and later advanced to Quality Coordinator, where she gained experience with Six Sigma methodologies and ISO 9000 standards. Her work in these roles strengthened her ability to analyze processes, improve workflows, and support compliance efforts.

Before joining the firm, she helped build and lead the Customer Service department for a startup company. During that time, she completed a Python course from the University of Michigan, expanding her skills in data analysis and process optimization.

In her current role, she applies this combined background in architecture, quality systems, and data-driven problem-solving to help the firm strengthen its quality practices and operational efficiency.
