Summary
The Federal Inspection Service Facility (FIS) is the first of its kind. This building facilitates the arrival, clearance, and departure of international aircraft carriers, for cargo as well as private use. It hosts the first Mexican Customs on U.S. soil, which clears south-bound planes for international commerce.
