Texas A&M International University Master Plan



In creating a vision and program for Texas A&M International, a broad segment of stakeholders and public officials were gathered to participate. The firm’s role included gathering and presenting critical demographic and geographic data to infuse in the visioning discussions. Sound data and focused stakeholder engagement along with a successful communications plan led to broad community consensus around the vision for the University.
