Pegy Brimhall brings over two decades of experience in community-focused real estate development. As Principal of Able City Communities, she leads projects that combine housing, economic development, and public benefit to drive long-term local prosperity.
Known for her work in adaptive reuse, affordable housing, and policy innovation, Pegy has helped shape catalytic developments across Texas—from San Antonio to Laredo. Her leadership integrates strategy, design, and incentive alignment, delivering projects that are not only buildable, but meaningful.
A recipient of the Bexar County TechFuel Award and the J. Weil Entrepreneur Fellowship, Pegy is recognized for her visionary approach to creating places where people and communities thrive.
